Introduction

These terms outline how Treendale Medical Centre provides services to patients and the expectations of both the practice and patients.

Appointments

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone
• Standard consultations are approximately 10 minutes
• Longer appointments should be booked for multiple concerns

Missed & Late Appointments

• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a fee
• $20 for standard appointments
• Outstanding fees must be paid before future bookings

Billing

Treendale Medical Centre is a fully bulk billed practice for Medicare card holders.

Private fees may apply where Medicare is not available.

Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Attend appointments on time
• Notify the clinic if unable to attend
• Treat staff and other patients with respect

Clinical Care

Our doctors provide care based on clinical judgement and patient needs. In some cases, patients may be referred to other healthcare providers for further treatment.

Privacy

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

Treendale Medical Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
