Practice Information

Treendale Medical Centre is a fully bulk billed general practice for Medicare card holders, providing accessible healthcare to the local community.

Appointments can be booked online via HotDoc or by calling the clinic. If no appointments are available online, patients are encouraged to call from 8:00am as additional appointments may become available.

Standard consultations are 10 minutes. If you have multiple concerns, we recommend booking a longer appointment to ensure adequate time with your doctor.
For patients experiencing cold or flu symptoms, a COVID test and mask may be required. If you test positive, please contact the clinic to discuss alternative arrangements.

Bulk Billing

We are a fully bulk billed practice for all Medicare card holders, making healthcare accessible for the local community.

Consultation Times

Standard appointments are 10 minutes. If you have multiple concerns, please book a longer consultation to ensure adequate time with your doctor.

Missed Appointments

A missed appointment fee applies ($20 standard). Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cold & Flu Policy

If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, a COVID test and mask may be required. Please contact the clinic if you test positive to discuss next steps.

On-Site Pathology

Western Diagnostics pathology is located nearby, making it easy to complete tests and investigations as part of your visit.
